Oct. 22nd, 2003 10:58 amI guess I should strive to be the best polygon I can be: Perspectively-correct Gouraud shading across my surface, multiple texture passes with base material, detail pass, environment mapping, shadow-map, and perhaps even a bump-map, all with the highest quality ansitropic filtering on my high-resolution trilinearly interpolated mip-mapped textures. Or I could just go for being displacement mapped. Or if I don't mind not being a real-time polygon I can be ray-traced or subject to radiosity lighting solutions. Sweet.
For the record, I do in fact realize I'm a geek.
