My personal response is two-fold:
(1) If you look at the box, it only says "Partial Nudity, Sexual Themes" on the back as part of the ESRB rating. Clearly there should be a giant sticker on the front that reads "Banned in Singapore! Contains Alien Lesbian Sex!"
I'm sure such prominent labeling would have the desired effect on sales.
(2) I'm fairly sure you could actually see/participate in such activities in Singapore for less than a $100 and/or a carton of cigs.
