Homeward bound

onyxlynxx for putting me up, and to maggiemaepisces for extending the wedding invitation. When I wasn't stuffing my face with old-fav foods and chatting with buddies, I spent my freetime enjoying the sunshine and some of the local parks that I never quite made time for when I lived here.
Still, I'm happy to be heading back home to Seattle tomorrow. Schedule-wise, it's been a crazy few weeks with the trips to Chicago, GDC, a week home, and then this trip. It is good to be busy, but it is equally important to have some routine time at home. Besides, the travel has put a real crimp on my regular weekend date withjeliza. Given that she's preping for Norwescon, the extra time has probably been useful for her, but still.
Not sure when I'll be back in Austin. No pending business trips that I know of and this year the family is meeting in NYC for Christmas. Hopefully it won't be too long before I'm back, but from the sounds of things at least a few folks are planning to come visit me for a change this year.
