Made it to Denver, and waiting for my connection to Seattle. As I fly a lot these days, I'm used to being solitary on a plane full of people. This last flight was different as I was sat in a row w/ two fascinating talkative women: Aaron is an archeologist and former college football mascot from Austin living near Cortez, CO. She insists her life is dull despite her stories of bringing ancient human remains through customs, and catching roman yellow fever from dug up "material". Catherine is a single mom and realtor from Portland living in St Louis, but makes routine trips to Austin for workshops put on by a pseudo cult group that teaches how to manage children and adults w/ some touchy-feely method. Her son apparently thinks she spends all the time she is away hanging around the St Louis airport.
