It seems like every day I watch the news is another round of "So who did he offend today?" with Bush opening his mouth on the world stage and pissing off allies and enemies alike. Given that he seems to use irony as the key requirement for his appointees, I wonder if he considers insulting a key requirement for his attempts at diplomacy?

Please, gods, spare us from failed sons trying justify their birth at our expense.

Then again, the behavior of the Congress leadership is so bad that it actually makes Bush look competent.
