"Sin City"

Fun, sexy, visually striking, violent film. The Stranger trashed it in their review for not being 'deep' enough. Frankly, I'm not sure why every film has to be Schindler's List, but I suspect film critics are required to piss alll over something that is obviously meant to be fluffy in terms of intellectualism. The movie is structured into three vignette-style stories with some amount of overlap. Iroincally, the creepiest, scariest character in the entire film is played by Frodo... I mean Elijah Wood.
