Apparently the Russian national motto these days is "When it absolutely, positively has to arrive a day late"

My visa wasn't processed by the deadline given to them. No reason, they just didn't bother. The agency claims it should be ready tomorrow, which means I have to move out my flight and hotel plans a day. Thankfully I have a travel agency to deal with all this crap--apparently this is fairly normal behavior for the Russians.

So, I'm either leaving Wednesday instead of Tuesday, or if the visa doesn't show up tomorrow, maybe I'm canceling...
