walbournI'm not going to the UK or Tokyo this year, which is frankly fine by me since I still need to get a better handle on all the aspects of this job. I could volunteer for a trip to Seoul, South Korea this year but that would mean going pretty much solo in only a few months. Next year seems very likely that I'll be going to the UK and Tokyo since pretty much my entire team is going this year.
GenCon Indy is this week, so it is a short work-week. The flight out is hella-early tomorrow, but I wanted to get there in time for the RPGA Members Meeting where there will be some kind of memorial for Karen, and in order to play the last slot of the day for Verbobonc Madness being held the day before the con starts.

jeliza and family's plans for a trip back East, there is only a few day window next week where we'll both be in town. We managed a great date Sunday, and lunch on Saturday in Cap Hill. Her car was stolen over lunch Saturday, which was a bit of a shock, but it turned up Monday morning sitting in the U District in the same shape it left sans most of the gas. Apparently that year of Saturn had only about ten keys made so it is pretty likely that someone just used their keys and drove off with it on a joy-ride...
