hdan and Christy, where I got my fill of Trudy's migas... I'm now at maggiemaepisces place waiting with onyxlynxx for Meg's b/f platinumdragon2 to show so we can go to dinner--I'm hoping for Chuy's myself :>
Things are going pretty well, and it is great to see both Kirby & Meg again. Visiting with Dan & Christy was a very nice as well. At various points in my life, they were my 'best' friends and it is great to rekindle those connections. Thanks to LJ, we are able to keep up more than we have in many years, but it is nice to see them face-to-face.
Looks like I'm going to have to interview a second time in order to get over some 'first impression' issues, but hopefully they will at least be patient enough to do it when I get back from Texas and not just write me off.
