walbournGreat... doesn't look like they make it an option to get a ticket dismissed through a defensive driving course in this state. That really sucks. My choices are (a) pay it, (b) fight it with a lawyer, (c) request a hearing. I'm just not clear how one requests defensive driving as an option, or if it even exists in this state.
Anyone out there know if you can take a defensive driving course to dismiss a ticket in King County?
