Wow! That is one messed-up movie. I think this one goes on my list of "movies to show someone to see what they think about X" where X in this case is BDSM. It is a pretty interesting and erotic movie, but I it bothers me that the main characters are clearly suffering from mental health issues as if only screwed-up people would find any kind of SM play exciting. Of course, I suppose in a movie for a 'straight' audience you have to start somewhere they will accept.

The behavior in the movie is clearly inappropriate... I don't mean the sexual play, I mean the fact that they are employer/employee and the girl is damn young. Then again, cinema doesn't have to be about what is healthy or what is responsible.

I will say that I will never look at a red sharpie the same way again....

Now if you'll excuse me, I need to take a cold shower before I go to bed :>
