The trip to San Francisco was productive, although the company I was visiting was not terribly 'hosty'. Still, got some stuff done, enjoyed some California sun, and ate some decent food.
Orycon was enjoyable and relaxing, spending most of it hanging out with![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
jeliza, rubylou, drakemonger, and a few other friends. Nice way to spend the weekend, although not much progress in the way of expanding my social circle. Then again, they'd be from Portland and while I do like the city and my friends there, I could use more friends who live in the same city.
Did manage to visit withroyalbananafish given the highly unusual situation of being in the same city rather than trading off Seattle/Portland exclusion.
I have the entire week off. Probably going to spend some time working on the house, watch Casino Royale (which is playing at the Cinerama!), and generally bum around. Not sure what exactly is up for Thanksgiving, although I do generally have some options with bothloree/datavore and jeliza et al.
