walbournIt's been a fun and busy weekend, although as usual my Sunday evening ends up being a little too quiet. Friday night was a fun evening hanging out with ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
loree and watching my recently purchased copy of Shaun of the Dead. Had a Living Greyhawk game Saturday afternoon, and then was a bit over-booked for the evening. I went to one of the two birthday parties I had invites for that evening, but couldn't quite fit in both. Rounded out the evening with a date with jeliza. We needed to get her dinner since I had eaten at the birthday party, and wound up in exactly the same booth with exactly the same waitress at Claim Jumper that I had Friday night with loree. It was pretty amusing.
Not much happening today. I called my dad to wish him a happy Father's Day, but with my folks out at the beach for the week I had to leave a message on his mobile. He did end up calling back, but the package I sent him will arrive Monday and they won't get back home until next Saturday. Go figure. Otherwise I stocked up on groceries to get ready for my guests coming to visit this week. I'm really looking forward to seeingonyxlynxx and maggiemaepisces. I think it will be good to have some company for a while, although I suspect by the end of the visit I'll be glad to have some solitude again :>
