walbournTook a comp day from work today to recover from last week's conference. Naturally, I'm starting to come down with a cold after a long and stressful event, but so far it's limited to a stuffy nose and feeling a little run-down. divinemisso who apparently decided that strangers suck when you are just getting over being sick. Can't say as I blame her. In any case, it was nice to spend a few hours out in the sun in the soft nature of Seattle, and generally do nothing with company.
Norwescon is in two-weeks, so I'm going to try to swing the 25th off so I can attend Thursday night through Sunday. Thanks to the morons scheduling Gamestorm this year, I have to choose which to attend instead of being able to support both events, and Norwes wins hands-down for socializing, fun (if silly) dances, and getting to hang with my Seattle friends.
