In Texas

We arrived in Houston.

the good: arrived in one piece without flying through a storm.

The bad:
- Margo forgot her phone and we had to send our ride back for it
- It was "cruise day" so the airport was a madhouse
- Chasy's overalls triggered the metal detector so we had to go through a patdown
- We arrived at the gate to discover they moved our gate to the opposite end of the airport
- Margo tripped on the escalator, bruised her knees and nose, and scratched her only pair of glasses
- We had a 25 minute ground hold in Seattle
- The flight was turbulent enough to keep the seatbelt sign on for most of the flight
- The baby woke up from his nap with a fever
- They ran out of snack boxes by the time they got to our row
- The in-flight entertainment consisted of a Eddie Murphy film.
- We left the baby wipes in the checked luggage
- When we finally landed we were held on the tarmac for another 25 minute delay waiting for the gate
