Winter Fantasy

It's been a fun week of gaming, and it's been cool to see some of the friends I only see at major cons. Got to play pretty much everything I wanted to play, and I'm quite ready to be home.

It's been bone-chilling cold in DC, but today is the first day of actual snowfall--naturally the day I'm flying out.

No time for sight-seeing, but I can see the Capital, the Pentagon, and the Washington Monument from the window at the end of my hotel room hallway. Too damn cold anyhow...

Made it home from DC to discover that it is a whole lot warmer here in Seattle. Koshka is fine, if a little pissy with me, and I'm busily doing laundry for the week and listening to some shows I recorded last week.

I didn't get much in the way of sleep or good meals while in DC. Between the gaming schedule, roommates who snore (if lightly), and being on Pacific time in the Eastern timezone, I guess it is not that suprising. So, I should probably get to bed at a reasonable hour tonight and try to catch-up a bit.
