OK, so I've been watching a few episodes of the various CSI franchises tonight and while it is amusing in a Quincy-kinda way, the formula is getting a little thin. So like every CSI unit in the world is run by a slick-looking male with a chivalric code of honor and smoldering intensity? Has anyone involved with these shows actually seen a crime lab? They don't have granite-top cabinets, all brushed-steel furniture, and a low-light conference room with a $20,000 plasma screen. Oh, and apparently these guys have unlimited authority for travel budgets. And CSI teams don't tend to show up to the scene of a crime first!

Seesh. Throw us a bone here.

I guess it just goes with that whole American fantasy of "justice at any cost".

"Christmas. It's the only religious holiday that is also a federal holiday. That way Christians can go to their services, and everyone can stay home and reflect on the true meaning of 'separation of Church and State'."
