"Dude, you're going to Korea!"
Oct. 8th, 2004 11:11 pmBeen a pretty crazy week getting presentations together for next week. It worked out so that I'm giving two presentations, one of which I did at Meltdown back in July so that helps. I'm still a little nervous, but I keep reminding myself that while it will be a room of 150+ people, none of them really speak English all that well. The flight is going to be hella long, but I got a power converter that will hopefully work with the airplane's in-seat power so I can try to entertain myself on my laptop for 12 hours.
loree says the best way to avoid jet-lag is to stay up until a reasonable bedtime the day I arrive, which will be like 5am for me. Ouch.
Went to the doctor today. My right arm is wondering why I felt the need to simulate being infected during a epidemic in 1906 and my left is quite put-out by the injection of epidemic jaundice RNA. At least I'm protected from "coodies" now.
