The Fourth

Summary of events: great date with jeliza last night, a quiet and enjoyable breakfast at Alki Cafe, a nap, getting seriously lost trying to find lycantras's place, the tail end of The Bourne Identity, excellent BBQ and snacks, the first 20 minutes of a rockin' The Matrix meets Orwell's 1984 movie titled Equilibrium, interrupting of said movie to call the Bellevue Fire Dept. to put out a fire set in the field out back by illegal fireworks, fighting traffic downtown, crossing some train tracks and parked trains then returning when thwarted by second barbwire fence, watching the pretty but short fireworks display at the Seattle Center partly blocked by a parked train, and returning home.

Just been sitting out on the porch of Freemont Coffee House enjoying a nice grape-flavored Crush soda. The weather today is sunny and comfortable, so I decided to spend my afternoon of no plans doing nothing outside rather than doing nothing at home. jeliza and I are seeing Sarah McLachlan tonight, which I'm looking forward to. The Key Arena is a so-so venue, but it has been five years since I've been able to see my Canadian obession.
