OK, make it 80s and low 90s. It was originally going to be partly cloudy for the campout, but now it is mostly sunny, and should be in the 80s most of the weekend. Of course, this is Texas so the weather can change to tornadoes and T-storms in about 15 minutes.

Having lived in Tornado Alley almost my entire life, I'm not really afraid of tornadoes although I was lucky enough to not be present for any actual hits. I am, however, pretty scared of earthquakes and apparently Seattle had one for the first time since I moved there the week I was out of town. On the one hand, I'm glad I missed it. On the other, I'm a little anxious about coming home to find my house a wreck and my cat injured/dead. I know it wasn't a serious one, but it reminded me that it could happen. Oh well, another thing to angst about :>

Had a good time yesterday. Had lunch with a old semi-g/f Tanya and her husband of many years Mike. It was fairly early for me so I didn't eat much, so I ended up eating a second lunch at Trudy's Tex-Mex... yeah! The Living Greyhawk game last night went off fine and it looks like the one that got canceled Wednesday night will happen Sunday evening. Will be heading out to the Beltaine campout this evening and coming back Sunday afternoon. Nekkied pagan girls, sun, relaxing with friends, and perhaps a bit of swimming will be nice. A few ghosts to contend with, but realistically this town is full of them. On my driving around yesterday I noticed about dozens of places that all had strong memories for me.
