Mar. 29th, 2003 01:39 pmAnother quiet week, but had a fun Friday. Thanks to
lycantras for letting me crash her birthday party plans with her friends. Dinner then clubbing at The Last Supper Club was very cool. Mostly trance/techno mixes and a ton of frat-boys, but still fun. A few charming spectacles on the upper dance floor (one guy dirty dancing with two girls and at least one fight), but yet again a club without a blender so no point in drinking--not that I'm a drinker anyhow. I've been wanting to find a local dance club for a while, but it is definitely a lot easier to go in a group.
Booked my flight to Austin yesterday for the fourth weekend in April. Going back for a camp out with my ex-wife to visit with my various Austin pagan buddies, hopefully making a local D&D game or two while I'm in town, and eating a whole lot of Tex-Mex (Chuy's fajitas and Trudy's migas!). My ex is moving to NM for grad school this summer, so this is the last opportunity to fly back and mooch in on formerly shared camping equipment :>
Probably going to spend the day hanging around the house and wasting time with my XBox. Tomorrow I'm running a Living Greyhawk game for some friends, so I suppose I should read that adventure today as well.
I guess life is good overall, but I definitely have a feeling of unfinished business. I should find a local doctor & dentist and have a few check-ups, looking into getting new glasses, and so on. Every now and then Andrea posts to a group we both read, and it reminds me of just how much I miss that girl, her silly perspective, and a million other things.
