walbournBeen meaning to pick up some Star Wars soundtracks for a while to go with my Living Force games--I mean, really, the music was the best part of those movies--so today I picked up Star Wars: A New Hope... Listening to it I'm struck with how many dialogue lines pop into my head. I haven't actually seen those movies since the Special Editions came out, so I'm thrilled that the DVDs are coming soon, although it seems George Lucas plans to rape my childhood some more with yet more revisions.
Still, the John Williams soundtrack makes my heart jump. Whether it was the thrill of watching the initial trilogy, or the addicted hours I spent playing X-Wing, it is amazing how powerful that stuff is to listen to.
