Snow Day
The official Sierra policy about a snow day is "check with your supervisor to see if it is OK for you to work from home", but unofficially it seems to be "take the damn day off". I'd be willing to drive in later in the day, but it doesn't seem like the conditions are improving as the day goes on--at least not yet.
So, I'm going to sit at home and do some of the tasks I've had build up over my Xmas and NYE trips/cons, sit with the cat next to the heater, and watch the Cadfael DVDs I borrowed from a friend...
For the record, I had plenty of tromping around in the snow walking between the hotel and the convention location during NYELF5.
