To really enjoy this movie, it is important to meet a few prerequisites:

Have seen Enter the Dragon
Hopefully you've seen and liked the "Fist Full of Yen" spoof of it in The Kentucky Fried Movie
Enjoy the music of Def Leppard (whether or not you'd admit it)

Given those things, you'll find it quite amusing. Otherwise you probably just won't get it.
