The evening wrapped up with a long leasurly dinner at Candella, a dimly-lit restaurant with some really good food. We dropped by a few theaters to see if there was anything interesting playing, and instead ended up checking out the Strand Bookstore. If we had a half-day to spend, it would have been worth digging through the stacks of used and new books piled into the dusty store.
